Fifty-One Dreams

I wanted a parade of shining chances, Collected only some along the way. The world kept spinning like a playful dancer, Not every step obeys what I would say. I tried to write a hundred blooming chapters, Painted only half before the sun. But every line still sparkles with its laughter, A gentle “almost-there” can still be fun. From fifty-one dreams I’ll choose the brightest one, A quiet little victory already won. The world is bigger than the plans we made, And magic lives in every step we take. I planted stories in unlikely corners, Some flew like confetti in the air. The wind can steal the seeds without a warning, But still leaves color everywhere. I opened doors that looked like happy endings, Some hid a wall, some led me through. No wasted seconds, even when they’re bending, The sweetest plot twist still is you. From fifty-one dreams I’ll choose the brightest one, A quiet little victory already won. The world is bigger than the plans we made, And magic lives in every step we take.
